My three simple pieces of advice for any weight loss strategy are:

1: Measure it– Buy a cheap kitchen scale, and open a free account at MyFitnessPal.com to track your calories and macronutrients.

2: Organize- Create discreet, realistic, and time-restricted goals, and commit to it. It takes about three weeks to reprogram good habits!

3:  Be kind to yourself– Change is hard! Don’t punish yourself for eating the wrong things. If you have a craving for a particular item, set a goal cheat-meal ahead of time.
